Why so important? It’s simple. Fresh, high quality ingredients make food taste better. And look better, too. Because our produce is delivered daily, our bell peppers still have that delicious crunch when you bite into them. We hand-chop the fresh basil on your Tomato Caprese right before it’s served, so the aroma hits you and the taste is vibrant. The list goes on and on.

We care about how delicious and extraordinary our food tastes, not just how good the list of ingredients sounds. Sure, “cayenne-candied bacon” sounds pretty amazing. But we created this unique “ingredient” because of its amazing flavor.
