Our Gluten-Free Pizza Dough

This product is egg, caesin, soy, rice, nut and gluten free. Ingredients: Smart flour (Tapioca flour, Amaranth Flour, Sorghum Flour, Teff flour), Water, Modified Tapioca Starch, Potato starch, Flax Seed, Sugar, Olive Oil, Agave, Instant Yeast, Granulated Sugar, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Canola Oil.

Dairy-free cheese is now available. Ask your server for details.

 

**We do not use a designated fryer to prepare wings or fries. Therefore they are not gluten-free.
