We really started noticing it.

 

There would be one person at a table, out with friends, that couldn’t eat pizza. Even little kids out with their families who couldn't enjoy it.

 

This wasn't a simple preference, like the Atkins Diet. This was "I have to eat gluten-free pizza, or I can't eat pizza".

Blue Moon Gluten-Free Pizza

Made with gluten-free pizza dough. Offered in our 10" personal size only. Order any of our specialty pizzas or build your own.

 

Our Gluten-Free Pizza Dough

This product is egg, caesin, soy, rice, nut and gluten free. Ingredients: Smart flour (Tapioca flour, Amaranth Flour, Teff flour), Water, Modified Tapioca Starch, Potato starch, Sorghum Flour, Flax Seed Meal, Olive  Oil, Honey, Instant Yeast, Granulated Sugar, Salt Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Baking Powder, Baking Soda.

 

Tomato Caprese

Sliced beefsteak tomatoes, fresh milk mozzarella, fresh basil, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.

Cheesy Bread

A cross between garlic bread and cheese pizza. Gluten-free pizza dough topped with our own garlic butter and house cheese. Baked golden brown. Cut in strips and served with a side of our own marinara sauce.

Bruschetta

Diced roma tomatoes, basil, feta cheese, and red onions. Tossed in balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Served with pieces of our gluten-free herb-toasted pizza dough.

Portabella Mushrooms

Large portabellas baked and topped with our Grandma's sauce, goat cheese, and fresh basil.

 

All of our salad dressings are gluten-free. Add chicken to any salad for an additional charge. Entree salads should be ordered without the bread underneath. Or substitute gluten-free bread for an additional charge.

Blue Moon Salad

Fresh spring mix with tomatoes, red onions, carrots, and artichoke hearts. Tossed in vinaigrette dressing.

Greek Salad

Romaine lettuce with tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, and banana peppers. Tossed in Greek vinaigrette dressing and topped with feta cheese.

Caeser Salad

A mixture of romaine hearts and caesar dressing topped with fresh grated parmesan.

The Wedge Salad

A wedge of crisp iceberg lettuce with diced tomatoes, red onions, and cayenne-candied bacon. Topped with crumbled blue cheese dressing.

Cobb Salad

Romaine lettuce topped with chicken, avocado, cayenne-candied bacon, red onions, crumbled blue cheese, roma tomoatoes, and black olives. Tossed with our own BBQ ranch dressing.

Buffalo Chicken Salad

Romaine lettuce with roma tomatoes, carrots, and red onions. Tossed in blue cheese dressing. Topped with grilled Buffalo Chicken and crumbled blue cheese.

 

Gluten-Free Brownie

Topped with Blue Bell 
Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream and chocolate sauce.
